Shipping policy

At AvinoHQ, we know that when you order anime collectibles and TCG cards, you want them fast and in pristine condition. We partner with reliable delivery services via Shiprocket to ensure smooth shipping across India.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and safely packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed on the following business day.

  • You will receive a notification email or SMS once your order has been dispatched from our facility.

2. The AvinoHQ Packaging Promise We are collectors too! We understand that the condition of your items—especially trading cards and fragile handmade pieces—is everything. We use secure, heavy-duty packaging (including bubble wrap, card sleeves, and sturdy mailers/boxes) to protect your collectibles during transit so they arrive exactly as advertised.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and pin code serviceability.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS. This message will contain your tracking number (AWB) and a live tracking link so you can monitor your package's journey.

 

5. Shipping Delays & Liability We work hard to get your orders out the door quickly, but once a package is handed over to the courier, AvinoHQ is not legally responsible for:

  • Unforeseen logistical delays caused by the courier partner (e.g., bad weather, local strikes, or transit hub delays).

  • Delayed or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or unserviceable shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

6. Undelivered or Returned Packages (RTO) If a package is returned to our HQ (Return to Origin) because the customer was unavailable to receive it after multiple attempts, or because an incorrect address was provided, the customer will be responsible for paying the secondary shipping charges required to re-dispatch the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Damaged in Transit If your package arrives visibly tampered with, opened, or severely crushed, please do not accept the delivery from the courier. If you do accept it, you must record a clear, continuous unboxing video before opening the package, as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy. Share the video with us within 48 hours at avinohq@gmail.com, +919769655729 so we can raise a dispute with the courier and resolve the issue for you.
