Refund & Returns Policy

At avinoHQ, we deal in collectibles and handmade products, so returns are handled carefully to maintain product quality and authenticity.

1. No Return / Exchange Categories

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Trading cards (TCG)
  • Blind boxes / mystery products
  • Handmade or customized items
  • Opened or used products

2. Damaged / Wrong Product

We only accept returns or replacements if you receive a damaged product or a wrong item.

To claim:

  • Record an unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Raise your request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share proof via email or WhatsApp

Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

If approved, a replacement will be provided (preferred). If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued within 5–7 working days via your original payment method (Razorpay).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping (if applicable) will be handled by us only after approval.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
