Refund policy

At AvinoHQ, we deal in collectibles and handmade products, so returns are handled carefully to maintain product quality and authenticity.
1. No Return / Exchange Categories
Due to the nature of products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Trading cards (TCG)
Blind boxes / mystery products
Handmade/customized items
Opened or used products
2. Damaged / Wrong Product
We only accept returns or replacements if:
You receive a damaged product
You receive a wrong item
To claim:
Record an unboxing video (mandatory)
Raise request within 48 hours of delivery
Share proof via email/WhatsApp
Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
If approved:
Replacement will be provided (preferred)
If not available → Refund will be issued
Refund timeline:
Processed within 5–7 working days
Credited via original payment method (Razorpay)
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping (if applicable) will be handled by us only after approval
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing
Once shipped → cannot be cancelled
