1. Product Nature

• We sell anime collectibles and handmade items.
• Slight variations may occur, especially with handmade products.
• TCG cards are non-returnable and condition-based.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

3. Order Acceptance

We may cancel orders if the product is out of stock, suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, or incorrect pricing was listed.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped via Shiprocket. Delivery timelines depend on location (usually 3–7 working days). We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, images, and branding belongs to avinoHQ and cannot be copied or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for minor manufacturing variations, damage after delivery, or misuse of products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
